Therapists as yoga instructors (and any teacher) appreciate the art of repetition. Just as yogis keep coming back to their mats, therapists keep repeating their insights like a catchy mantra. And just like in yoga, clients sometimes need to laugh off the falls and setbacks along the way—it’s all part of the process of finding balance and growth! Often, the yogi or the client’s body and mind may not be ready to listen at first, requiring patience and persistence to achieve breakthroughs.
